Focal
French craftsmanship. Exceptional sound.
At Authentic, we are proud to introduce Focal to our reference portfolio, a brand where French craftsmanship, acoustic innovation and uncompromising performance come together.
Founded in 1979 by Jacques Mahul in Saint-Étienne, Focal has spent more than four decades pushing the boundaries of loudspeaker design. From its earliest developments in acoustic engineering to today’s Utopia collection, the brand has built its reputation on a simple ambition: to reproduce music with exceptional precision while preserving its emotion and authenticity.
What makes Focal distinctive is the way technology and craftsmanship work together. Its engineers develop proprietary acoustic technologies and materials in France, while its high-end loudspeakers are crafted in dedicated French workshops. The result is not simply a loudspeaker, but an object in which every element has been considered in the pursuit of better sound.
At the heart of Focal’s philosophy is the belief that technical excellence should serve the musical experience. Its signature approach combines precision, dynamics and transparency with a strong sense of design, creating loudspeakers that are as visually distinctive as they are musically expressive.
For Authentic, Focal represents a different interpretation of reference-level sound: distinctly French in its craftsmanship and aesthetic, yet uncompromising in its pursuit of musical truth.
We invite you to discover Focal at Authentic.

Home Cinema | Dôme Flax
Compact Design, Complete Cinema
The Focal Dôme Flax Pack 5.1 brings genuine Focal performance to home cinema in an exceptionally discreet format. Five compact Dôme Flax satellite speakers are combined with the Sub Air wireless subwoofer, creating a complete 5.1 system that delivers clarity, dynamics and convincing spatialisation without overwhelming the room.
Made in France, the system is designed for listeners who want immersive cinema sound while maintaining a refined and minimalist interior.
Natural Sound from Flax
Each Dôme Flax satellite uses Focal’s exclusive Flax sandwich membrane, developed from high quality French flax fibre positioned between two layers of glass fibre. The combination of lightness, rigidity and controlled damping gives the system a natural, precise and uncoloured presentation.
For home cinema, this translates into particularly clear dialogue, convincing effects and a more coherent sense of space. The aluminium/magnesium inverted dome tweeter adds refined high frequencies with low directivity, helping the compact satellites create a broad and immersive soundstage.
Five Satellites, One Seamless System
The five Dôme Flax speakers provide the front, centre and surround channels, creating a coherent 5.1 sound field around the listener. Their miniature 14 cm diameter makes them remarkably easy to integrate, whether positioned on furniture, mounted to the wall or ceiling, or used with the dedicated Dôme Stands.
The result is a home cinema system that remains visually discreet while delivering the scale and spatial definition expected from a dedicated multichannel installation.
Wireless Bass, Complete Freedom
At the heart of the system is the Sub Air wireless subwoofer, adding deep and powerful low frequencies without requiring a conventional signal cable between the subwoofer and the rest of the installation. This makes the Dôme Flax Pack 5.1 particularly attractive for elegant living room installations where cable management matters.
Focal recommends the system for rooms of approximately 30 to 40 m², where its combination of compact design, clear dialogue and deep bass can create a genuinely cinematic experience.
Designed to Disappear
The Dôme concept was created as a “sound spot”, with a smooth spherical form and no visible screws when the grille is fitted. Available in elegant lacquered finishes, the speakers can blend naturally into contemporary interiors while retaining a distinctive and sophisticated character.
This is home cinema designed around the room, rather than forcing the room to revolve around the equipment.
Why Choose the Dôme Flax Pack 5.1 at Authentic High End Brussels?
The Dôme Flax Pack 5.1 is an ideal choice for those seeking a complete home cinema system without the visual presence of conventional loudspeakers. Its combination of French craftsmanship, Flax technology, flexible installation and wireless bass makes it an exceptionally elegant solution for premium living spaces.

The Perfect Sound Spot
The Focal Dôme Flax brings high fidelity sound into spaces where conventional loudspeakers simply do not belong. With its distinctive 14 cm diameter, elegant spherical design and flexible mounting options, it delivers an unusually discreet way to enjoy both music and home cinema.
Compact in appearance but sophisticated in engineering, Dôme Flax can sit on a shelf, be mounted on a wall or installed on the ceiling, allowing the sound system to become part of the room rather than dominate it.
Natural Flax Sound
At the heart of Dôme Flax is Focal’s Flax sandwich membrane, made from high quality French flax fibre positioned between two thin layers of glass fibre. The result combines lightness for dynamic response, rigidity for controlled bass and natural damping for a neutral, uncoloured presentation.
The aluminium/magnesium inverted dome tweeter adds the refinement expected from Focal. Its lightweight diaphragm provides fast response, while aluminium contributes rigidity and magnesium adds damping, helping deliver detailed and finely controlled high frequencies.
Designed Around Your Space
Dôme Flax is conceived as an adjustable sound spot, giving you considerable freedom over positioning. Its compact circular form can be integrated on furniture, mounted to the wall or fixed to the ceiling, making it particularly effective where visual discretion is essential.
The design is deliberately clean and sophisticated, with smooth curves and no visible screws when the grille is fitted. Available in Black or White lacquer, Dôme Flax has an understated character that works naturally within contemporary interiors.
Compact Home Cinema, Serious Performance
Dôme Flax is particularly well suited to compact home cinema systems. Combined with the Focal Sub Air, it can form a Dôme Flax 2.1 or 5.1 system, providing an elegant solution for living rooms of approximately 30 to 40 m².
It can also complement larger Focal systems, including Aria Evo X floorstanding loudspeakers, as well as Focal in-wall and in-ceiling solutions. This makes Dôme Flax a remarkably versatile choice when immersive sound needs to coexist with a carefully designed interior.
Why Choose the Dôme Flax at Authentic High End Brussels?
The Dôme Flax is for listeners who refuse to compromise between sound and design. Its miniature footprint, flexible installation and sophisticated Focal technologies make it an elegant solution for discreet music systems, surround channels and compact home cinema.
It is a true Focal sound spot, delivering refined performance from a loudspeaker that almost disappears into the room.

For a complete Sib Evo installation, it can be combined with the Sib Evo 2.0, Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 2.0, Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 and Cub Evo to create a sophisticated and immersive home cinema system.

The Hip Evo Stand is a simple but important addition for anyone looking to give their Sib Evo system a more refined and purposeful installation. Compact Size, Serious Bass
The Focal Cub Evo is a compact active subwoofer designed to bring greater depth, impact and cinematic energy to home cinema systems. Despite its modest footprint, it combines a 21 cm PolyFlex woofer with a powerful 200 W Class D amplifier, delivering bass performance that belies its size.
It is the natural partner for the Sib Evo and Sib Evo Dolby Atmos satellites, but its flexible design also makes it an effective addition to other compact multichannel systems.
Powerful Low Frequencies
At the heart of the Cub Evo is an 8.25 inch (21 cm) PolyFlex woofer, housed in a bass reflex enclosure. It reaches down to 30 Hz at −6 dB, with a frequency response of 35 Hz to 150 Hz ±3 dB, giving soundtracks greater weight while maintaining a controlled and dynamic character.
The integrated 200 W Class D amplifier provides the necessary power and speed to reproduce demanding low frequency effects, from the impact of cinematic soundtracks to the physical presence of explosions, music and action sequences.
Designed for Home Cinema
The Cub Evo incorporates the essential controls required for easy system integration, including crossover adjustment, phase inversion, Auto Power ON/OFF and an LFE input. Its RCA connections accommodate right, left and LFE signals, making it straightforward to integrate with a wide range of home cinema electronics.
An anti vibration base helps provide a stable foundation, while the streamlined bass reflex port contributes to clean and effective low frequency reproduction.
Power That Fits the Room
Measuring just 30.5 cm high, 28.2 cm wide and 29.9 cm deep, the Cub Evo can be integrated into living rooms where a larger subwoofer would be visually intrusive. Its premium black MDF finish gives it a discreet, sophisticated appearance that complements the Sib Evo range.
At only 8 kg, it is also relatively easy to position and integrate into a carefully designed home cinema installation.
Why Choose the Cub Evo at Authentic High End Brussels?
The Cub Evo is a reminder that serious bass does not necessarily require a large enclosure. Its combination of a 21 cm PolyFlex driver, 200 W Class D amplification and carefully designed bass reflex cabinet gives compact home cinema systems the depth and physical impact they need.
Paired with Sib Evo 2.0 or Sib Evo Dolby Atmos, it creates a more complete and immersive presentation, adding the low frequency foundation that makes film soundtracks feel truly cinematic.
Available at Authentic High End Brussels.
Add a New Dimension to Cinema
The Focal Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 2.0 brings genuine three dimensional sound to the compact Sib Evo family. Designed specifically for Dolby Atmos home cinema, this pair combines the horizontal sound diffusion of the main speaker with an additional upward firing driver that reflects sound from the ceiling towards the listening position.
The result is a more immersive presentation in which sound can appear not only around you, but above you, bringing greater realism and depth to films, series and games.
Dolby Atmos in a Compact Design
The Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 2.0 retains the distinctive futuristic styling of the Sib Evo range while incorporating dedicated technology for vertical sound projection. Dolby Atmos treats individual sounds as independent audio objects, allowing compatible soundtracks to position effects with remarkable precision throughout the listening space.
Each speaker combines a 13 cm PolyFlex woofer with a 19 mm soft dome tweeter, while the upward firing section creates the reflected height effects that define the Dolby Atmos experience. With a frequency response from 65 Hz to 25 kHz, 90 dB sensitivity and a recommended amplifier power of 25 to 200 W, it remains capable and versatile despite its compact dimensions.
The Perfect Sib Evo Upgrade
The Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 2.0 is supplied as a pair of speakers and is designed to complement an existing 5.1 installation, transforming it into a 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos system without replacing the existing speakers. This makes it an especially attractive way to upgrade a Sib Evo home cinema progressively.
Two wall hooks are supplied, adding further flexibility for discreet installation. The speakers can therefore be integrated into the room without compromising the clean, contemporary character of the Sib Evo system.
Futuristic, Refined and Easy to Integrate
At 29.5 cm high, 19.5 cm wide and 19 cm deep, each speaker retains a compact footprint while making a confident visual statement. The sculpted form and sophisticated black finish give the system the unmistakable character of Sib Evo, while the additional Atmos module remains elegantly integrated into the enclosure.
It is a particularly effective solution for modern living spaces where immersive cinema performance needs to coexist with a considered interior.
Why Choose the Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 2.0 at Authentic High End Brussels?
The Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 2.0 is the natural next step for anyone looking to elevate a Sib Evo home cinema system. Rather than replacing an existing 5.1 configuration, it adds the crucial dimension of height, making soundtracks more enveloping, precise and cinematic.
For a compact installation that delivers considerably more than its size suggests, it is an elegant introduction to Dolby Atmos from Focal.
Available at Authentic High End Brussels.
Bring Cinema Into the Living Room
The Focal Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 brings the excitement of a modern cinema into the home through a complete, compact and highly immersive loudspeaker system. Combining the Sib Evo satellite speakers with dedicated Dolby Atmos upward firing channels and the powerful Cub Evo subwoofer, it creates a convincing three dimensional sound field that extends around and above the listener.
Designed for those who want serious home cinema performance without filling the room with large loudspeakers, the system combines Focal engineering with a distinctive contemporary design.
Dolby Atmos in Three Dimensions
The defining feature of the Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 is its ability to reproduce vertical sound effects. Dolby Atmos treats individual sounds as independent audio objects, allowing compatible soundtracks to place effects precisely around the listener and above them.
The dedicated upward firing Dolby Atmos modules project sound towards the ceiling, where it is reflected back into the listening area. The result is a more enveloping presentation, with greater height, depth and realism for films, series and games.
A Complete Focal System
The 5.1.2 configuration combines five Sib Evo satellite channels, two dedicated Dolby Atmos height channels and the Cub Evo subwoofer. The compact satellites use Focal's PolyFlex drivers and soft dome tweeters, while the Cub Evo adds an 8 inch driver powered by a 200 W Class D amplifier for deeper and more authoritative bass.
The Sib Evo speakers can also be positioned horizontally when required, allowing a satellite to be used as a centre speaker. This flexibility makes the system remarkably adaptable to different room layouts and installation requirements.
Distinctive Design, Discreet Installation
The Sib Evo range combines a futuristic silhouette with a sophisticated Black High Gloss finish. Its compact proportions allow the speakers to integrate naturally into contemporary interiors, while the flexible bases make it possible to orient the satellites horizontally or vertically.
Wall mounting is also supported, with dedicated Sib Evo wall mounts available for installations where floor or furniture placement is not appropriate.
Why Choose the Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 at Authentic High End Brussels?
The Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 is an elegant way to experience genuine object based home cinema without resorting to a visually dominant loudspeaker installation. Its combination of compact Focal satellites, powerful bass and Dolby Atmos height effects creates an immersive system that feels considerably larger than its physical footprint.
For a modern living room where design, simplicity and cinematic impact are equally important, it is one of Focal's most accessible routes into truly three dimensional home cinema.
Available at Authentic High End Brussels.
Compact Cinema, Remarkable Immersion
The Focal Sib Evo 2.0 is a compact satellite speaker designed to bring the excitement of Focal home cinema into modern living spaces. Its assertive, futuristic design houses a carefully engineered two way configuration, delivering clear dialogue, dynamic effects and an engaging sense of scale from a remarkably compact enclosure.
It can be used as a front, surround or centre speaker, giving the Sib Evo system exceptional flexibility for both music and home cinema.
Clear, Dynamic Focal Sound
The Sib Evo 2.0 features a 13 cm PolyFlex membrane paired with a 19 mm soft dome tweeter. The combination delivers a lively and balanced presentation, with clear voices, articulate effects and smooth high frequencies.
With a frequency response of 70 Hz to 25 kHz ±3 dB and 90 dB sensitivity, it offers an impressive level of performance for such a compact loudspeaker. For deeper bass and a more cinematic presentation, it can be combined with the dedicated Cub Evo subwoofer.
Designed for Modern Interiors
The Sib Evo retains the distinctive design language that made the original Sib & Co range so recognisable, evolving it into a more contemporary and refined form. Its compact 252 × 162 × 162 mm enclosure can be positioned discreetly while still making a confident visual statement.
Its versatility extends to installation. The speaker can be positioned vertically or horizontally, with horizontal placement allowing it to function as a centre speaker in a home cinema configuration.
For wall installations, the dedicated Sib Evo Wall Mounts provide an elegant and discreet solution, matching the loudspeaker's Black High Gloss finish.
A Flexible Home Cinema Solution
The Sib Evo 2.0 is particularly well suited to compact and sophisticated home cinema systems. Used alongside other Sib Evo models and the Cub Evo subwoofer, it can create a coherent and immersive multichannel experience without requiring large floorstanding speakers.
For listeners looking to expand further, the Sib Evo family also includes the Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 2.0, which adds dedicated upward firing Dolby Atmos technology for three dimensional sound.
Why Choose the Sib Evo 2.0 at Authentic High End Brussels?
The Sib Evo 2.0 offers an appealing balance between discretion, design and performance. Its compact proportions make it easy to integrate, while its flexible orientation allows it to adapt to different home cinema layouts.
For a refined living room system where space and aesthetics matter as much as cinematic impact, the Sib Evo 2.0 is an elegant and highly capable choice.
