Dialogue with Clarity and Presence
The Focal Theva Center is designed to bring greater clarity, precision and realism to the heart of a home cinema system. With two 16.5 cm Slatefiber midbass drivers and Focal’s 25 mm TNF inverted dome tweeter, it gives dialogue a natural presence while preserving the detail and dynamics of film soundtracks.
Compact enough to sit elegantly beneath a screen, it can also be paired with the optional dedicated stand for a more refined installation.

The Theva Center combines two of Focal’s signature technologies. Its Slatefiber drivers, manufactured in France using recycled carbon fibres and thermoplastic polymer, are engineered for a dynamic, rich and balanced presentation. Their rigidity, lightness and controlled damping allow voices and effects to remain articulate even during demanding cinematic passages.
The 25 mm aluminium/magnesium TNF inverted dome tweeter delivers smooth, precise high frequencies. Its Poron suspension, derived from Focal’s renowned Beryllium tweeter technology, helps reduce distortion, while the integrated waveguide contributes to a particularly stable soundstage and wide horizontal dispersion.
A Centre Channel Designed Around the Listener
The Theva Center incorporates a small tilt base that allows the speaker to be angled towards the listening position, helping raise and focus the soundstage. This is especially valuable when the centre speaker is positioned on furniture beneath a television or projection screen.
For a more integrated installation, the optional 45 cm Theva Center Stand provides a dedicated support solution while maintaining the elegant proportions of the Theva collection.
Its closed cabinet design and 91 dB sensitivity make it a capable and controlled centre channel, with a frequency response extending from 59 Hz to 28 kHz.
