Jazz Favorites…

Hosted by Danny Tielemans

Sunday, November 8, 2026

With Vinyl Vibe Sundays, Authentic High End continues its series of curated listening sessions dedicated to discovering great music on vinyl, played on carefully selected reference systems.

For this edition, Danny Tielemans invites us into the golden era of jazz, exploring some of his personal favorite recordings from the early fifties through to the late sixties.

A period when jazz reached new heights of creativity, musicianship, and perhaps most importantly, recording quality. The sound engineers of the era captured the extraordinary dynamics, texture and intimacy of the music, creating recordings that remain remarkable examples of high-fidelity sound to this day.

Danny will bring a carefully selected mix from his own collection, combining rare original pressings with recent audiophile reissues. Alongside some much-loved classics, he’ll dig out lesser-known gems that deserve to be heard.

This will be an opportunity to experience the richness and natural beauty of classic jazz through Authentic High End’s reference sound systems.
