The Madison Phono offers three purpose-designed inputs for moving-magnet, low-impedance moving-coil and DS Audio optical cartridges, each carefully tailored to the specific demands of its cartridge type. The signal is then amplified in the analogue domain before being converted to 32-bit/384 kHz DXD, with RIAA equalisation performed digitally for exceptional precision.
The result is a phono stage that brings together analogue immediacy and digital precision in a remarkably compact design, created to preserve the texture, dynamics and musical presence that make vinyl so compelling.
